How much MONEY did you make? It has nothing to do with when and how long you worked. If you worked as an employee where they took out for social security and medicare, you do not have to file if you made under $5450 if you were a dependent, or $8950 if you aren't. If they did not take out for medicare and ss, you have to file if you made $400 or more.
