It is not about your age, it is all regarding your terms and conditions and length of service.
Every company is different, some companies do not even have redundancy policies!!
So yes have a look at your T's&C is in your contract, hope this helped a tiny bit?!

0.5 week is pay for each full year of service, so if you are made redundant before you reach the third year, it should be one 1 weeks pay.
. assuming you are in the UK.

Depends on the company and your contract, some companies offer the bare minimum of 0.5 weeks per year. the last company l worked for gave me 1 weeks pay per year i'd served( l was weekly pay). Some offer a months pay per year. Speak to your HR department. But the minimum is 0.5 weeks per year. so yours would be 1 and half weeks pay!
